- Copperplate engraved. Wheat 57; Tooley 36 (Plate 43); Leighly 62. California as an island with nearly flat northern coast, much like Goos type. Straet Anian and Anian to far north. Partial coastline of Zelandia Nova to far southwest. Cartography based on Visscher map of 1670. And is very similar to Ogilby's and Schagen's 1671 maps of this same title. Title cartouche (lower left)differs, with seated native "America"overlooking others displaying gifts. An elaborate vignette of Neptune and sea creatures at upper left.
