The geological sections included in the report are prepared by Blake based on surveys by Williamson. Honey Lake on north east California makes its first appearance on a printed map. Legend indicating geology. Bar scale given in "Miles." Shows settlements, drainage, marshlands. Appears in v. 5 of the Reports of the Pacific Railroad Surveys.
