compiled with the help of different journals and charts and engraved in the Hydrographical Department of the Maritime Ministry. Relief shown by hachures and depths by bathymetric soundings. Latitudinal and longitudinal lines. Coordinates approximate and based on Greenwich meridian. Shows coastline, topography, drainage, islands, shoals, ports. Seal of Maritime Ministry. Descriptive text throughout. "N 11. [Eastern Ocean] 1395" along margin. Collector's note: The map of Rezanov Bay derives from some Russian voyage that is not identified. Another version is found in Tebienkov's Atlas. The charts of San Francisco Bay derive from Beechy. 3 inset maps: [Entrance to San Francisco Bay] -- [San Francisco Bay] -- [Rezanov Bay (now Humboldt Bay)]. 9 profile views showing the entrance to the San Francisco Bay.
