Issued in his: Zee, Zea-atlas-aquatique, del mar. -- Amsterdam, 1683. California as large island on second Sanson model, with coastal place names. "Straet Anian" to north. Nearly identical with Van Keulen's 1680 map entitled "Pascaert vande Zuyd Zee en een gedeelte van Brazil..." Same cartouche with minor changes made, America labelled "America Pars","Staten Landt" [New Zealand] to far southwest, and "Compagnies Landt" to far northwest. "Gedruckt Bÿ J:Robyn. met Previlegio"
