From surveys between 1888 and 1899 with additions from Chinese survey in 1928 ; published Apr. 1916, at the Hydrographic Office, under the authority of the Secretary of the Navy. Depths shown by soundings and isolines; relief by hachures and spot heights. 1935 variation compasses. Tidal and stream information tables and notes, profile view, locations of larger scale charts. Shows low water areas, islands, drainage, lights, cultivation, buildings, salt pans. Descriptive text, such as "Rough precipitous slopes mostly covered with coarse grass & boulders," "numerous fishing nets." No. 3212.
