"Hieronymum Comitem a Rozrazeu Episcopum Vladislauiensem et Pomerania: Regni Poloniae Senatorem" on title page. Descriptive text follows each map; descriptive text on some maps (e.g. Map 54). Map 58 has index: Insigniorum urbis aedificiorum index.
