- This map shows the administrative districts of the Cape including: Stellenbosch, Zwellendam (Swellendam), Clanwilliam, Tulbagh, Worcester, George, Beaufort, Somerset, Uitenhage, Albany and Graaff Reynet (Reinet) as well as the area called on the map "Hottentotia inhabited by Bosjesmans or Bushmen of various Tribes; Koras or Koranas" and the land of the "Bichuanas". An overlay continues the coastline north from Port Natal (Durban) to Delagoa Bay (Maputo). Indicates towns, settlements, rivers and mountains. 2 bar scales on map, given in "English Miles" and "Dutch Miles."
