- Drafted and Reproduced by 666th Engr. Topo. Co., Dec., 1944 ; Taken from French detail drawings of Forts of Maginot Defense Line dated 1931. Coordinates approximate and taken from location map covering both forts (Greenwich meridian). Relief shown by contours and spot heights. Contour interval 5 meters. Legend shows various firing sectors, underground communications and cables, ditches, wire entanglements, anti-tank escarpments, steel anti-tank obstacles, fort entrances. Lists: "Armament Fort Lembach" and "Armament Fort Four a Chaux" describe armaments by block, along with the thickness and presence of walls and roofs. Ancillary location map shows Lembach area, France, with both forts, roads, topography. "Wire and tank obstacles are shown as on original French plans.
