Each map has a decorative title cartouche with various illustrations of people, animals, vegetation, ships, and cherubs. Shows topography, drainage, travel routes, places of historical interest. Includes portrait: Hadrianus Relandus XXXVI. / Colasius pinxit ; G. Broedelet exudit ; Gunst sculpsit. Includes table: Longitudines latitudinesque urbium Palaestinae.
