[1749], with changed title cartouche: plaque now has title and "leaf collar" above it, without cartographer identification, and text in lower right re-written.Similar to map of same title issued by Probst, [1784?], except for changed cartouche. UCB. California as large island with nearly flat northern coast and many coastal place names. "TERRA ESONIS INCOGNITA" and "Fretum Anian" to northwest, and "Paye de Moozemleck" to north. Title cartouche (lower left) as large plaque with a native on each side. Column of text to map right explains map abbreviations.
