Insets of northern New Jersey with major waterways and of Trenton, N.J. in 1897. A short history of New Jersey's oldest major man made water resource including four color illustrations. Legend indicates roads, railroads, canals, historic sites, lakes and streams, locks and pool elevations above sea level. Guide shows water levels in the main and feeder channels of the waterway.
