- These boundaries were derived from "heads-up" digitizing based on the Census Boundaries. The best attempt was made to translate the boundary lines to the base map boundary lines of Yolo County. Interpretation was necessary in many places where Census boundary lines did not match and "real world" lines. - Purpose
- This is a representation of the redistricted BOS Boundaries developed by the Elections Department and approved by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors in October of 2011. These boundaries, in this layer, are not legal descriptions of the BOS boundaries and should not be substituted as such. To acquire legal boundaries for the BOS Districts, you must contact the Yolo County Elections Department (530) 666-8133
